We also do injection molding for plastic parts. Our molding machines are ranging from 90 tons to 480 tons, including 2 sets of two-shot injection machines. Our skilled staff can adjust the machine to its optimization to fit the mold in order to get perfect parts.
Molding Material:
We are familiar with the following materials: ABS, PC, PS, PP, PC/ABS, Acetyl, Nylon, TPE (Rubber), also some special material such as PEEK, etc.
Molding Color:
We use both Pantone and RAL standard to meet different customers’ color requirements.
